Texas BroadBand over Power Line Information
"...Access BPL using medium voltage overhead power lines are prohibited from using 12 specific frequency bands in order to protect communications with aircraft... begining July 2006... no bpl equipment available now, complies..."
New rules also require 24 hour response to complaints from 18,237 public safety licenses in the low vhf spectrum.
So, if BPL doesn't pollute the spectrum, and doesn't interfere with communications, why the new rules?
