The Texas Broadband Over Power Line Information web site is afilliated with the A.R.R.L., and the ideas presented here are for the purpose of educating Texas about the real issues of Broadband Over Power Lines.
We are not paid for our work. This web site is a volunteer effort by Amateur Radio Operators by and for the Hobby of Amateur Radio. Our Affiation with the Americam Radio Relay Leauge is by and through the ARRL Section Managers and their assistant section managers who volunteer their time for the hobby, and review the content of this website.
Any ideas or statements made are merely the opinion of the person quoted, and are expressed herein for the purpose of communicating alternative views to those expresed by the BPL companies and others who have chosen to publically comment and/or take a position on this BPL issue.
