Our company is organizing a mini sports fest this month. We were divided into four groups with members counting from 22-24. There are only four events to choose from this are bowling, billiards, badminton, and darts. I heard that they were planning to include poker as one of the event but it didnt push through.

Since I’m not good in the other three events I decided to join the bowling event. Its been years since I played my last bowling game so I need to practice before the tournament starts next week. Another problem is I haven’t even meet my teammates yet so I have no idea how good they actually are. I think a team practice is needed before we start competing.

Getting Evaluated

I just received my evaluation form from our HR Manager. Three people gave their evaluation for my performance in the past six months, this people are my client, our Agent Supervisor, and our HR Manager. I got a 92% from my client 89% from HR and 85% from the Agent Supervisor with a total of 89.37% just enough to have a 7% raise in my salary this year. I was hoping I could get a 10% raise but not this time.

I was really shocked by the 85% that our AS have given and I really need some explanation from her on how she came up with that grade.
Honestly I was really disappointed I think she’s still holding some grunge from our past problems. I think she really needs to justify some of her ratings on me. Right now I’m kind of feeling down knowing that theirs nothing I can do to about my situation.
