How Do I Make My Fantasy Baseball League Public?

I created a Yahoo fantasy league, and I have reason to believe that it is not available to the public. How can I change this?

Go to leagues page. Look for the second line, "Commish tools", and hit it.
Now scroll to Publish league. Open the window, hit Yes. You may want to write a short message about your league to entice other players to join your league. Like, "Fair league, compact rosters, All Welcomed".
