How do i start a team for the fantasy league?

I already have an nba.com account and i tried to start something with the fantasy league, but it wouldn’t work.
How do i actually start a team and everything?
Links would be helpful!!!
how do i draft players and everything? also do i create a league or team?
and for yahoo, do you have to buy the downloads?
what does utl and fc stand for?

    try yahoo fantasy basketball it works great. but on nba.com. go to fantasy commisioner then on from there just sign up
