Why Should I Eat Less Empty Calories

When you eat what’s called empty calories, you do many things to your body that is not good at all. For one, an empty calorie is usually a processed calories that has no nutritional value. They are so dangerous because they spike your insulin levels to the point where your body has temporary insulin resistance.

That means you pack on more body fat and it crashes your energy levels. This makes it hard to ever get any results in your constantly low on energy. So cut out those foods and also make sure you are using the right fitness programs to get put your body in balance.
