From the WGN archives…Legendary baseball owner Bill Veeck talks about why having a major league team, specifically his White Sox, is a bad idea. Some background, in between Veeck’s ownership stints of the White Sox (he owned them from 59-61 and 1975-1981), the White Sox played limited games in Milwaukee at Milwaukee County Stadium in the post-Braves/pre-Brewers era.
