What should i do in my Fantasy Football League?

In my fantasy football league i got matt cassel and Brett Farve. In the league we have two Qb slots. What should I do with Cassel since he is injured should i drop and pick up either Jason Cambell, Jake Delholme, or anyone else thats available in the free agents pool. Or keep him.

Drop Cassel and pick up Cambell. Cambell has a better line and more targets to throw to.

    well start farve, and wait to see how cassel does. i heard he is going to return to practice soon. take it week by week and see how it goes. if he is bad or takes 2 long then drop him and go with cambell out of those 2
