You have to now open the lid of the alcohol bottle and mix a 10 to 12 drops of fragrance oil or essential oil to make Lampe Berger oil. You can experiment with any combinations of oil; just you have to be within the recommended amount while mixing. Your favorite perfume can also be substituted for essential oil or fagrance.
Now put the cap tightly on the bottle that contains the mixture and shake the mixture gently so that the ingredients are properly mixed. This Lampe Berger oil can now be poured into small containers having tight fitting lids. Store these small containers in cool and dark place for whatever period you want.
If the Lampe Berger oil contains 70 per cent rubbing alcohol, paraffin-based oil or the amount of fragrance or essential oil is more than the recommended amount, it will cause your Lampe Berger to smoke. This aspect is very important and must be taken care of while making Lampe Berger oil at home.
