What are some really good academic colleges that arent IV leagues?

Im going to college next year and I need help finding some very good or pretty good academic colleges besides the IV leagues. possibly also colleges that have good science or pre med programs. Can anyone help?

UCSD has a great pre med program and a good science program too. I don’t think its IV league.
