This area is known more as Expatshire by many due to the high number of foreign residents but there are still areas where you can find excellent value properties in high quality locations overlooking golf courses and near the coast. Also many people want to be surrounded by things they know when moving a Spain so if you fancy the local Irish bar, satellite TV showing the Premier League and Sky Sports and all of your home comforts to hand it might well suit you.
