How to draft in a 20-team Fantasy Football League?

Yep, I’m already prepping for next season ;)

Anyway, I was wondering how YOU would draft if you were in a 20-team league. Usually all of the elite players are gone after the first 2 rounds, so what should I take with my first 2 picks? A QB and RB, a QB and WR, maybe an RB and RB?

Thanks for the advice.

First off,you need cheat sheets, and research.
One of the best cheat sheets is printing out your leagues’ predraft rankings. This is what your opponents will see on the computer screen
on draft night.Put these players in groups of 20,and leave writing space after them for what other websites rank them.Cross players off you have no interest in;and move players up that you really like.Look for sleepers to target in the later rounds. This can keep you from reaching for a player earlier then need be,because you know he’ll probably be their later. For instance I had Chris Johnson targetted in the later rounds this year,so I took Calvin Johnson instead of a RB2.
Two more things;que the targetted players you want on draft night, and
fill your entire starting lineup before picking benchers.

I actually played in a 20 team league this year. I usually do pretty well in the standard 10 team league, but found myself in the middle of the pack in this league. One thing I learned for sure is to load up on RB’s. You can get by with an average QB and can play the waiver wire for WR. But the teams that are stacked at RB are at the top!
