is it acceptable to support a scottish league team and an english league team?

Nothing wrong at all. I’m from Aberdeen so I support them as my local team. But after having english football forced down my throat for years I started supporting Everton. Don’t care about them nearly as much though.

Nah, nothing wrong with it, but unless you are actually putting your cash in you are not supporting anyone, just a fan of the teams concerned.

I went to Limerick and most of the guys there supported a Premier League team. Any i spoke to spoke fondly of Celtic, liked to hear how they were doing but mostly interested in Liverpool, Man Utd etc.
I think many Irish people are the same, they love their English football but like to see Celtic do well. Nothing wrong with that.
Im a Rangers fan and cant support any other team, thats just me. However, i like to see Birmingham doing well (the ex-Rangers links being motivation), like Arsenal to win among the london teams and like watching Man Utd too. Dont support them as such though.
